Michèle is a successful French woman who invented the "STARLETTE CAKE" (TM), a secret receipe for an ultra light cake with almost no calories. It made her famous in France.

 

She opened "Thé Cool" in the 16th Parisian arrondissement, a stone-throw from the Eiffel Tower, where actresses and top models still meet. 

 

Then she became a TV Host with her own segment on "France 2" national channel, and an accomplished restaurateur. Since 2010, Michèle has been splitting her time between Paris and Los Angeles.

 

"Between work, children and groceries, there is no time for busy people to stop in a café", she says. So Michèle had an epiphany: "I had to find a way to combine my passion for cuisine and my will to help people always on the run".

 

Her new vision translated into a high-end concept to be delivered at home, at work or on location for  Angelinos looking for healthy salads, sandwiches, fresh lunch boxes filled by organic, exotic ingredients and unique creations.
